Shipping & Returns/Exchanges

Orders will usually begin processing within 24 hours of being placed, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and you will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit card verification. Orders submitted after 2:00pm CST will not begin processing until the following business day.


Size Chart

We have supplied a general sizing chart for clothing for most items, not all. If you any questions regarding measurements, a customer service specialist will assist you. Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes may be charged to the buyer on certain items and vary by country. We are not responsible for paying taxes or duties. International shipping times vary due to each countries customs intake procedures, we have no control over that process. 


*All International orders must be paid through paypal

Standard shipping (5-7 business days) = $8

Expedited Shipping (2 business days) = $35

Standard Shipping to Alaska, Guam and Hawaii (7-10 Business Days) = $14.95

APO/AFO Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days) = $14.95
*Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO Box, APO's, AFO's and the Virgin Islands cannot be expedited.

*PO Box and APO/AFO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

Shop500Boutique does not issue refunds, STORE CREDIT ONLY-NO EXCEPTIONS. 

  • You must contact our Exchange Department at: within 24 hours
  • Items must be shipped out within the next business day with tracking information provided to us
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Grooming products, pierced jewelry, shapewear or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Shop500boutique. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
  • We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

When placing orders, the billing and shipping address must match the address that the credit card company has on file or the order will not be processed.
