SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders will usually begin processing within 24 hours of being placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and will typically ship within 48 hours pending credit verification. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 12PM CST will not begin processing until the following business day.

- UPS Ground with Signature Required (5-7 business days) = $10.95
- UPS 3-Day Ground Service (3 Business Days) = $14.95
- Expedited Shipping (2 business days) = $24.95
- Standard Overnight (Next business days except for rural areas, no Saturday delivery) =$35.95
- Standard Shipping to Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii (7-10 Business Days) = $14.95
- APO/AFO Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days) = $14.95
- **Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO Box, APO's, AFO's and the Virgin Islands cannot be expedited.
- **PO Box and APO/AFO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
All returns for online orders are accepted excluding, sale items, jewelry, undergarments/shapers/shape-wear, and shoes. If you have a return, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your merchandise via email shop500boutique at yahoo.com. You can mail your items to us at Shop 500 Boutique, 5847 S. State Street, Chicago, IL 60615. Store credit will be issued.
For exchanges, you can also mail the items back, however, we require that you pay for the additional shipping cost which is $8.95 standard shipping. If you have any questions, please call 773.643.9393 during normal store hours.
**If you send back a damaged item, it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping if you want the item back.
