Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days for a store credit, less the shipping charge. Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. A separate box should be used to ship shoes with the original shoe-box inside. The original shoe-box should be free of damage and postal labels. Final sale items, jewelry, and shapewear are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Beauty products, earrings, and event tickets are non-refundable.

Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a track-able and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
