Shipping & Returns/Exchanges
Orders begin processing within 24-48 hours of being placed Monday-Friday, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. During high volume times, there may be a delay in processing/shipping times due to the high volume of orders. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and you will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. Orders submitted after 12PM CST will not begin processing until the following business day.
We have supplied a general sizing chart for clothing for most items, not all. If you any questions regarding measurements, a customer service specialist will assist you. Information for International Orders
Duties and taxes: Please be aware that tariffs and taxes are not implemented by our company, but by federal government policies that are beyond our control. Our international shipping charges do not include any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country, excluding Canada. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

- Standard shipping (5-7 business days) = $8
- Expedited Shipping (2 business days) = $35
- Standard Shipping to Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii (7-10 Business Days) = $14.95
- APO/AFO Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days) = $14.95
- **Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO Box, APO's, AFO's and the Virgin Islands cannot be expedited.
- **PO Box and APO/AFO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Grooming products, pierced jewelry, or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
- Bras and shapewear are FINAL SALE.
- All exchanges must be received within five business days of receiving the initial shipment.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Items must be returned at the customer’s expense, we do not cover shipping expenses on exchanges. Free shipping is not available on exchanges.
You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Shop500boutique. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. When placing orders, the billing and shipping address must match the address that the credit card company has on file or the order will not be processed.
